SHE WAS DISCOVERED NAKED BY NEIGHBORS BEFORE GETTING HELP FROM POLICE. HER CAPTOR, DAVID PARKER, RAY WAS ARRESTED. POLICE SEARCHED HIS HOME AND FOUND A TRAILER NEXT TO IT. IT WAS A TORTURE CHAMBER, RECALLED HIS TOY BOX FILLED WITH HANDCUFFS, CHAINS, KNIVES AND SURGICAL ITEMS. HE WAS CONVICTED OF KIDNAPING AND SEXUAL ASSAULT IN 2001. On March 22, 1999, David Parker Ray, who would become knows as the "Toy Box Killer" was arrested. A woman who was kidnapped by David Parker Ray and held as a sex slave escaped and found help by neighbors. Shortly after, her captor was arrested. Police searched Ray's home and found a trailer next to it. Ray referred to that trailer as his "toy box." Ray was convicted of kidnapping and sexual assault in 2001. Investigators say Ray bragged that there were more victims and had agreed to tell police. However, Ray backed out of the deal and died in prison in 2002.
