At least one men's restroom would also be required to house the products.The Senate voted 27-13 in favor of House Bill 134 on Tuesday; 13 Republican senators voted against it. They questioned the requirement for a male restroom to be equipped with tampons and sanitary pads. The New Mexico House passed the legislation on March 6 with a 42-20 vote. The bill now moves to the desk of Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham to potentially sign it into law.
