Brunch with Byron: Meraki Coffee + Market

Brunch with Byron: Meraki Coffee + Market
So this is my Covid baby Nicole Cap Nixon turned a tough time into a positive endeavor. Kind of grab and go. So it's not a formal sit down restaurant. Baraki is an eatery. She hopes will whisk you away into a happier place. A little mini vacation inspired by an overseas trip. The decor and the concept came from Mykonos. Actually in Greece Cap, Nixon brought her vacation home, opening this Aryan charming spot in the Northeast Heights and if her name sounds familiar, I think I've probably spent 98% of my life in a restaurant. It's probably because Nicole's father is Nick Katniss in. My father has had I think 34 restaurants throughout his entire life. But back here at Baraki, Nicole puts a focus on quality everything I do. If there is an ingredient you can't pronounce, I'm not going to use it. And when you do come to Morocco you've got to try their boozy breakfast sandwich. It's got homemade bread along with prosciutto, a fried egg there, lemon basil oli and an avocado arugula to add to that. You've got their famous Muraki hot sauce to it and kick it up a notch. It's really tasty. So it satisfies in that way and then it's so fresh and well made and put together with all the flavors and everything that it's very nourishing like you feel like you've eaten really good healthy food reporting from Iraqi to put your heart and soul into something that you love. I'm beira morton. Cool. That's good action. Seven news. I think he likes it more Rocky is in the mountain run shopping center on the southeast corner of juan tabo and you bank northeast. I was just there to about a week ago. Oh, oh it was excellent. Oh I had the, I had the avocado toast. It was just super good. And then I had a big coffee, like a latte and it was just, it's hard to get. I'm not a huge coffee drinker and it was well kudos environment because we always talk about how you're supposed to bring food back, bring food back. Nobody ever does. He did today. Thank you Byron. After how many has he done? He's finally finally listening. It's called do we have that again though? Did you see the end? We have to bring that up again. Did you see the end of listening? Uh what is it though? But what is it? Do we know what it is? That's good. Ooh, that's good. You must like it. Right. I think you could do advertisements. I love that line. That Nicole said if there's an ingredient, I can't pronounce. I'm putting it in the meal and yeah, it's all well done. It's really fun stuff on the menu if you want kind of like a lunch food or more of a brunch food. It's all there and they have it, it's just fun to go. And they also have bellinis. I saw on the menu now it was a work day. No, it was a workday so I couldn't partake. But yeah they have bellinis on the menu and all sorts of good stuff like that. So you know mimosas next time on a saturday next to a brunch. What a great story. Yeah.
